Word - Word 2007 speichert nach Anderung nicht

Hallo!
Seit Heute habe ich ein tolles Phänomän mit meinem Word 2007.
Ich habe eine 144 Seiten lange Seminararbeit mit Formeln und Bildern usw...
Seit heute kann ich nicht mehr speichern.
Sobald ich irgendetwas ändere. Texteingabe, Bild einfügen ... egal was
lässt sich die Datei nicht mehr speichern.
Der Fortschrittsbalken für den Speichervorgang geht bis ca. 75%, dann geht
das "Speichern unter" Menü auf.
Egal ob ich einen neuen Namen oder überschreiben wähle ich erhalte die
Fehlermeldung ..... Dateifehler .. und den Pfad
HILFE!!!!!
