Hallo,
ich erstelle ein Dokumment im Duplex-Buchformat.
1. Dies Seitennummern sollten erst ab Seite 5 angezeigt werden.
2. Das Dokument wird duplex gedruckt und die Seitennummern sollten in der
Fusszeile für ungerade Seiten rechts unten und für gerade Seiten links unten
angezeigt werden.
Kann mir jemand helfen, wie man das macht?

Hallo Gary
Word kann Abschnitts-weise drei verschiedene
Kopf-/Fusszeilenkombinationen unterscheiden: ungerade, gerade und die
allererste Seite eines Abschnitts. Du musst das allerdings pro Abschnitt
oder global fürs ganze Dokument festlegen.
Bis und mit Word 2003: Datei | Seite einrichten, glaube im "Layout"-Tab.
Ab Word 2007: Seitenlayout | Seite einrichten, Dialog-Launcher (kleiner
Pfeil unten rechts), usw.

Vielen Dank Robert,
ungerade rechts und gerade links funktioniert jetzt. Auch für die erste
Seite wird die Seitennummer unterdrückt. Nun möchte ich nur noch die
Seitennummerierung auch für die Seiten 2 bis 4 unterdrücken. Wird vom Verlag
so verlangt.
Vielleicht kann mir da auch jemand weiterhelfen.

sollen die Seitenzahlen lediglich ausgeblendet werden? Oder geht es auch um
eine Neunummerierung - soll die Zählung wieder bei 1 beginnen?

Zwischen Seite 4 und 5 einen Abschnittswechsel einfügen. Dann kannst du
für den ersten Abschnitt die Seitenzahlen löschen und im zweiten die
Seitenzahlen mit "5" beginnen lassen.

Das könnte man auch mit einem IF-Feld erreichen:
{ IF { page } > 4 { page } }
(... die geschweiften { Feldklammern } kann man mit Strg+F9 erzeugen)
